ACCEPTABLE USE

1. What Singorfling.com is

Singorfling.com operates Sing or Fling, a family-friendly live karaoke arena. Singers take timed performance slots from their own camera and microphone; the audience reacts with a free "Love" or by flinging cartoon virtual fruit. Virtual fruit is a decorative in-app item with no cash value, no resale value, and no chance element — it is not gambling, not a wager, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 to use Sing or Fling. Accounts we believe to be underage are removed.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not broadcast, upload, send, or request:

• nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, or any adult services;
• content involving minors in any unsafe, sexualised, or exploitative way;
• harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, stalking, hate speech, or content targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality;
• violence, gore, self-harm, suicide promotion, or animal cruelty;
• illegal activity, illegal drugs, weapons or firearms sales, counterfeit goods, or stolen data;
• gambling, betting, lotteries, prize draws, cash-out mechanics, or trading of virtual fruit for money;
• content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted recordings, backing tracks, or lyrics beyond your licensed use;
• fraud, phishing, spam, pyramid or MLM schemes, chargeback abuse, or payment circumvention;
• malware, scraping, probing, reverse engineering, bots, or any attempt to bypass technical or rate limits;
• impersonation of another person, brand, or of Singorfling.com staff, or misuse of another user's account.

4. Moderation

Performances are live and peer-to-peer, and are not recorded or stored. We monitor reports in real time and can end a performance slot instantly, clear a singer from the queue, revoke stage access, suspend, or permanently ban an account. We take these actions at our discretion, with or without prior notice, whenever content or conduct breaches this policy.

5. Reporting

Report anything that breaches this policy to support@singorfling.com with the username, room, and approximate time. We aim to respond within 24 hours and act immediately on urgent safety reports. Copyright complaints go to the same address and are handled under the takedown process in our Terms & Conditions; repeat infringers lose their accounts.

6. Enforcement and appeals

Breaches may result in content removal, loss of unused virtual fruit, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where the law requires it. If you believe an action was a mistake, email support@singorfling.com within 30 days and a human will review it.
